aiso is a curated, AI-assisted social network I built to help people find others who truly align with their goals, energy, and ambitions.
It starts with co-founders and collaborators, but the broader vision is a space for intentional, meaningful connections — not passive networking or endless scrolling.
Overview
Traditional networking often feels noisy and shallow. You collect connections, but rarely build real ones. Feeds reward attention, not alignment. Algorithms optimize for engagement, not compatibility.
aiso was designed as an alternative.
Instead of focusing on followers or content performance, aiso focuses on people — who they are, what they’re building, and where they’re going. The goal is to help users meet others on the same wavelength.

Why I Built It
I built aiso because I’ve personally felt how broken networking can be.
Cold outreach, shallow conversations, and algorithmic feeds rarely lead to meaningful partnerships. Yet some of the most impactful things in life and startups come from the right collaboration.
I wanted to create a space where:
- You meet people who genuinely share your goals
- Connections are intentional, not transactional
- You don’t have to scroll endlessly to find the right people
So I built aiso as a “vibe-first” network — a place for builders, creators, and ambitious people to find each other.
Current Status & Reflections
aiso reached beta with real users and early traction, but it didn’t reach the critical mass needed for a matching-driven network to thrive.
The biggest challenge wasn’t engineering — it was distribution and marketing. Social products live or die by network effects, and without reaching a threshold audience, the AI-powered matching system couldn’t fully materialize.
That’s a hard but valuable lesson: great products still need reach.
Looking Ahead
I still believe strongly in the core idea. The need for intentional, high-quality connections isn’t going away.
Future directions I envisioned include:
- Smart matching suggestions
- Authenticity and signal-based matching
- Expansion into more intellectual and social categories
- Growth through campuses and founder circles
For now, aiso is a paused experiment — but not a discarded one.
I’m open to collaborators, especially on the business, community, or marketing side, who believe in building more thoughtful social technology.
Because the right connection at the right time can change someone’s entire trajectory.
